During the day, we began our project on the “digital story-telling “. The “digital story-telling” workshop was our way of expressing our feelings and experiences during the whole Minorities in EU-project. The way the workshop worked was that the participants had to develop a small “documentary-film” about the project. Firstly, we individually wrote a 150-word article, then in each group we collectively had to choose one of the stories which represented the project at its best. When this story was chosen we later had to dub the story and make a video of pictures/videos we thought fit the story best. At the end, all the groups presented their videos and the other group-members gave some constructive feedback.
Actually, the job started yesterday, when we divided into four groups of five people and everybody started writing their own stories. Then every group chose a single story, except for the group captained by Yusuf, who decided to mix all the stories in one single text for one person to read. To collect some extra material for what concerns photos and videos, we decided to have a long trip to Parma, where some of us also visited museums and cathedrals or squares. Once we came back to the residence and rested for the night, we woke up early and started on the Digital story-project, which was a huge success.
